Spring athlete development program
March 30 – June 19
Program Overview
The Applied Performance & Athlete Development Spring Program is designed to bridge the gap between in-season play and full off-season preparation. This phase focuses on rebuilding physical qualities, restoring movement capacity, and developing the speed, strength, and power foundations needed before entering a more intensive summer training block.
Athletes will train in a structured high-performance environment using progressive strength and speed development methods to improve force production, movement efficiency, and overall athletic performance. The program is built to prepare athletes physically for the next stage of development while continuing to reinforce high-level movement quality and training consistency.
This program also serves as a direct lead-in to the Summer Development Program. Athletes who complete the spring phase enter the summer block with a stronger training base, improved work capacity, and a higher level of readiness for more advanced speed, power, and performance training.
