About Chris

Chris Rengert played three seasons in the BCHL, where he was a two-time top-ten scoring leader for the league. In his final season, while captaining the Surrey Eagles, Chris earned himself a Division 1 Scholarship to the NCAA Alaska Anchorage Seawolves. He opted to play CIS for the University of Western Ontario Mustangs, where he studied Kinesiology.

Since returning from University, Chris transitioned into his true passion of developing athletes through strength and conditioning and overall skill development. He has furthered his knowledge in the field of high performance through a vast number of specialty courses.

Over the years, he has helped nurture hockey players from a wide variety of levels ranging from NHL, AHL, NCAA, WHL and BCHL. Apart from Hockey, Chris works with many high-level athletes in a wide range of different sports.
