Every athlete and team begins with a comprehensive performance evaluation, including Functional Movement Screening (FMS), key performance indicators, and advanced testing using VALD PERFORMANCE state of the art testing equipment.

CHRIS RENGERT
FOUNDER & PERFORMANCE COACH
Chris began his hockey career in the BCHL where he captained the Surrey Eagles and earned an NCAA Division I scholarship to the University of Alaska Anchorage. While competing at the collegiate level, he completed his degree in Kinesiology, building a strong foundation in human performance science.
After returning from university, Chris transitioned into athlete development. Focusing on evidence-based strength and performance training for elite athletes.

Over the past 15+ years, Chris has worked with athletes competing in the NHL, AHL, NCAA, WHL, and BCHL, along with elite athletes from multiple sports.
His training philosophy integrates sports science testing, individualized programming, and progressive athletic development to maximize performance outcomes.
Chris currently serves as Head of Athletic Performance for both the Burnaby Winter Club Hockey Academy and the Surrey Eagles.
